There are 3 different options when consigning with us.
Option #1 - You receive 65% of the selling price of your items minus a $25 monthly fee.
Option #2 - You receive 50% of the selling price of your items minus a one-time $10 set up fee.
Option #3 - Less than 25 items - you receive 65% of the selling price
Consignors prepare their items (make sure everything is in excellent condition, if the item has parts/pieces make sure all are included, if the item needs batteries make sure they are included) and set the price (they determine the price, we suggest 1/3 of what the item cost when it was new) and bring them to us to sell for them. They bring in their items and then we tag and merchandise them by categories and advertise to the general public. Please call (402) 680-2417 to schedule an appointment to register as a consignor and drop off your merchandise.
We've set our fees with the economy, the value of your dollar, and the value of your time in mind! Most consignment stores will charge you 50%-60% of the selling price of your items and THEY set the price NOT you. You have no control. AND most of the consignment sales that occur twice a year charge you a fee anywhere from $10 - $25 and a 35% commission for a period that ranges anwhere from 3 - 10 days....and YOU have to tag all of your items yourself! (that's a lot of work for just 3 - 10 days!) Online auction sites and the online free classifieds are great, but very time consuming. We know time and money are at a premium especially this time of year....that's why we are doing all of the tagging for you.
Consignors are not required to be at the store - We'll do it all! Anyone can consign with us simply by preparing your merchandise and bringing it to the store.
